From time to time, SASCI's Board of Directors establishes bylaws and policies to govern and guide the actions of the organization, and its Board and staff in carrying out programs and services.  Bylaw and policy recommendations are made to the Board by the Executive Committee, and bylaws and policies are established, amended, or rescinded by the Board.
