Fidler-Chapel Rock Transmission Project, Upcoming Open Houses

Altalink will be hosting another round of public Open Houses in relation to the proposed Fidler-Chapel Rock transmission project in southwest Alberta.  These Open Houses are intended to provide the public with an additional opportunity to provide input into the routing of the Fidler-Chapel Rock transmission line; in response to stakeholder feedback during the previous round of consultation, the study area for routing has been expanded to include areas both north and south of the Oldman Reservoir.

The Open Houses will be held as follows:

Pincher Creek, Heritage Inn (919 Waterton Ave), July 14, 4pm- 8pm

Lundbreck Community Hall (304 1st Street), July 20, 4pm - 8pm

Cowley Community Hall (122 Cameron Street), July 26, 4pm - 8pm

In addition, Altalink will be hosting a public Information Centre in the Ranchland Mall (1300 Hewetson), Pincher Creek, on the following days:

July 19 and 21, 12pm - 4pm

July 23, 8am - 6pm

July 26 and 28, 8am - 12pm

August 16 and 18, 8am - 12pm

August 20, 8am - 6pm
